As we are coming very very close to deciding on our logo, I thought it would be very important for us to be educated a little bit on what is logo, what should it be, and how to choose one for us!

If we educate ourselves what logos should be, we can be more rational when the time comes for us to choose one for our organization.

Anticipating our first event...!
Our second meeting was held on June 2, 2012 at "Into the Glass". It was another successful meeting with some great rosé and mac&cheese :)
Since the first meeting we have narrowed down alot of our great ideas and this time we were able to focus more on how to bring the organzation to reality. We are targeting our first big event for November 2012.
Some of the major topics worth mentioning on the blog are as shown blow..
Rest of the June seemed busy for everyone, so we decided to have a video conference on June 23, 2012 @ 10:00AM to catch up until our next meeting in July!
Time to get excited and busy!!!!!

Meet the Dress Meeting #2 Agenda

I know everyone is busy with work and other stuff, but hopefully had found some time to do some research on what we talked about during our first meeting.

Kickoff Meeting Sum up
Meet the Dress Kickoff meeting was a success!
Us girls got together on Friday, 5/4/2012 @ Tei An in Dallas and discussed what was on the agenda.
Parts of the discussions were overwhelming because the more we talked about more questions we ran into that just seemed impossible at the moment. I believe our ambitions & visions take reponsibilty for that, but I know that those are good signs! Mostly we were all so excited about the start up of the Meet the Dress!
Oh, and here are the Meet the Dress planners I made for the "Board of Directors" :)
We were busy taking notes all throughout the meeting!
Some good things were talked about over good dinner! Anything from how to start up a non profit organization to how many main events and mid events per year we should host.
Before going in any further, I wanted to assign everyone a special title in the organization. This way each of us are specialist in specific areas which will make the team very dynamic. This will also prevent us from wasting time and help us build accountibility & responsibility. Please meet our Meet the Dress Team!
